Listen…seeking growth, success, and impact in toxic spaces is ill-advised. Don’t be a toxic space and protect the spaces you are responsible for from toxic agents. This is an important way you create Actionable Safe Spaces™ for your legacy.
Building Empowering Infrastructure
You want your systems to enhance your clarity, confidence, and resilience; and let me tell you: this requires interconnectivity. How do you leverage clarity when your systems don’t talk to each other? How do you show up with confidence when your systems don’t work well together? How to stand ten toes down with resilience when your systems don’t work together to serve you? Hmm? What’s that you say…they don’t? That’s correct!
