I was born a dreamer; yet dreaming alone doesn’t build a rebelution.

Radicalized by oppression in high school, I realized early that dreams without structure only get you so far.
The systems I needed weren’t handed to me — I had to build them.

Running my business for over a decade taught me that surviving isn’t the same as thriving.
I envisioned more: greater outcomes, sustainable impact, a different way of being.
I used my CCOFB™ Process (Clarify, Conceptualize, Outline, Frame, Build) to evolve beyond “hourly expert” into a “builder of consistent, replicable results.”
Vision demanded more than hard work — it demanded intentional, aligned systems.

The Ratchet Sage™ was born the moment I became a coach — but it took almost a decade to fully step into this scaled rebelution.

- customers seeking audits, guidance, and next steps for their business systems;
